 Every piece from The Silver Kee Co. is handcrafted with care using sterling silver and genuine stones. I stand behind the quality of my craftsmanship.

6-Month Workmanship Warranty

If your jewelry experiences a defect due to craftsmanship within 6 months of purchase, I will repair it at no charge. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways if not able to locally drop off.

Examples include:

• Solder joints that fail under normal wear
• A bail that separates because of workmanship
• A jump ring or connection that fails due to a workmanship defect

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Tarnishing (sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time)
• Scratches, dents, or bent silver
• Damage from dropping, crushing, or improper storage
• Lost jewelry or lost stones
• Chipped, cracked, or broken natural stones caused by impact
• Damage caused by chemicals, swimming pools, hot tubs, or household cleaners
• Repairs or alterations made by anyone other than The Silver Kee Co.

Repairs Outside the Warranty

I'm happy to repair most pieces whenever possible. Repairs outside the warranty period, or damage not covered by the warranty, may be subject to a repair fee plus shipping.

Because each piece is handmade, repair costs will vary depending on the extent of the damage.

Every piece is individually handcrafted, making each one truly one of a kind. Because of the handmade nature of my work, slight variations and small imperfections may be present. These are not considered defects but rather part of the character, authenticity, and uniqueness of handcrafted jewelry.
